Excuses, Excuses

I have been full of excuses for not working out recently.  First, there was Without Remorse.  Then there was vacation.  And then there were others I haven't even posted about, such as being sick and a having a heavier-than-normal workload at the office.

However, with the Downtown Columbia Triathlon coming up in less than a month, and the Tour de Cure and Lake Murray Triathlon following just six weeks later, I need to get serious about training or I'll be running those races with remorse!  Accordingly, I'm casting all excuses aside and jumping headlong back into training this week.  Expect me to report five or six solid workouts in next week's report!
